Named for the Scottish Gaelic for ‘the Sea’ MARA is a true celebration of the best of Scotland’s larder.  Our menu changes along with the seasons, with an emphasis placed on ethical, locally sourced produce.

At MARA, we are guided by the principles of S4+0, where our team aims to create each menu filled with produce which is Scottish, seasonal, sustainable, and slow with an effort to achieve the target of zero waste.

Our culinary team have curated a menu, inspired by the land and sea that surround us. Using a range of produce, sourced from our trusted local suppliers and friends, he presents such gifts with minimal interruption to celebrate their natural flavours.
